Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide quality patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The LVN will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician, assisting with patient assessments, administering medications, and ensuring patient comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide basic nursing care, including monitoring vital signs and documenting patient progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Assist with patient hygiene, wound care, and mobility support.
• Communicate with patients and families regarding care plans and instructions.

• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with healthcare regulations.

Requirements:

• Valid LVN license in the state of Texas.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
